DCS offers precasters more than a one-size-fits-all solution. You can blend your own color using our Base Color System or pick from one of the 4,000 standard colors available in our dry pigment line. You can take advantage of our Small Bag program to get the right amount of perfect, preblended dry pigment every time. Or, you can choose liquid color and our state-of-the-art automated color dispensing system.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. Send us a sample of the existing concrete or building surface, a pigment sample, or a Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paint number, and we’ll make a pigment sample for your approval. Call 414-769-2580 to start.

  • No. All DCS pigments pass ASTM C979, the standard specification for pigments for integrally colored concrete.

  • A percentage of the cementitious material, usually 1%, 3% or 5%. For example, 600 lbs of cementitious material at 3% needs 18 lbs of pigment.
